Lined skirt is a lightweight for hot summer days with the look of a double skirt, embellished with rick rack trim. Top is a shortened version of our classic harness vest with a rick rack trimmed “V” neck. Crop top has d-ring leash attachment. Skirt can be mixed and matched with harness vests found throughout our store. Available in XS, SM, MED, and LAR.
