Black and white striped dress with lace bodice insert, floral neckline accents, and steam punk themed clock button. Black double ruffled ribbon at waist. Three layer skirt, lace top and bottom skirts and center skirt is black and white fabric. Ruffled lace cap sleeves. Denim corset styled belt is removable for two different looks and to accent other items in your pup’s wardrobe (see alternative picture for look of dress without belt). --> Belt is sized one inch larger than stated chest measurements to accommodate wearing over outfits. D-ring leash attachment. Velcro closures at neck and chest.
