Sometimes a special occasion calls for a little more ‘poof’ or just because you want a little more ‘poof’ in your pet’s harness dresses at any given time. Sometimes you prefer a little less ‘poof’. A separate petticoat made of bridal crinoline is the answer. The petticoat is worn under the dress and closes with Velcro below the area where the dress has its chest closure to as not to affect the size of an existing outfit. Using crinoline adds the desired ‘poof’ without the weight of multiple layers of fabric.
